Digital printing
Megaflex Bladel BV is the address for all your digital printing. For digital printing two HP indigo printing presses are used, both of which have an inline primer. This gives Megaflex the possibility to print on any desired material with the highest quality. In addition to these two printing presses, Megaflex also has three finishing lines, which can provide the labels with a gloss, matt lacquer or a laminate of foil if required. Digital printing on different materials
It's all possible to obtain digital printing on different materials. Choose from thermal direct paper, plastic, coating, PP, PE or polyester, for example. The right type of adhesive can also be supplied for every material: removable, frozen, extra permanent, super permanent or simply permanent. Depending on the sector and the purpose of the labels or stickers, you decide which type you need. It is of course also possible to receive digital printed matter without glue. Ask about the possibilities.
Digital printing in small print runs
In general, digital printing is used for short runs, barcode printing or variable printing. If the print runs are too large, we recommend that you have your products printed by flexo printing.
